Isah Abdulkadir Usman is a Chartered Stockbroker, A registrar and an Authorised Dealing Clerk of the nigerian Exchange Limited.

He is a registered capital market operator and also a sponsored individual of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has over 15 years experience in the capital market and has attended various courses in share registration and central depository, coporate governance, compliance, audit, operations and administration in Nigeria and overseas. He is very analytical and skilful.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and also a member of committee of compliance officers of the capital market in Nigeria.

He is an associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR).

He is a graduate of Bayero University, Kano. holds a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from the University of Abuja and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

He is currently on the board of Carnation Registrars as Executive Director Operation and Administration after having served in various capacities in the organization over the years.
