Sulaiman Adedokun is currently the Chairman, Board of Directors of Carnation Registrars Limited. Sulaiman started his career with Security Swaps Limited and later Nigerian Stockbrokers Limited (a subsidiary of NAL Bank Plc.) from where he joined Meristem Securities Limited. He pioneered the establishment of Meristem Wealth Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Meristem Securities Limited and currently manages the Wealth Management Firm. He is a CFA holder, a member of the CFA Institute and Society of Nigeria as well as a seasoned accountant with a wealth of experience spanning across the various sectors of the capital market. He holds degrees both in Accounting and Banking and Finance. He is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers (CIS). He is also an authorized dealing clerk on the floor of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). Also he has attended several trainings in Nigeria and Overseas including Practical Portfolio Management for Equities and Bonds, Beaufort Institute of Business Training (PTY) Limited, in South Africa, Certificate in Financial Asset Management and Engineering (CFAME) in Lausanne, Switzerland. He also attended a General Management Program course (GMP 10,2011) at the prestigious Harvard Business School, USA and Risk Management for Corporate Leaders (December, 2013). He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (HBS).

Oluwadare Akingbola is currently the Managing Director/ CEO of Carnation Registrars Limited. He started his career at Associated Discount House Limited (ADH). As a seasoned dealer for 10 years, which out of it he was Head, Fixed Income Unit of the Company for 5 years. His wealth of experience in the stock market, and the quest to broaden his skills in the Capital market necessitated his employment at Mainstreet Bank Limited. While at the bank, he was Head of the Balance Sheet Management Department. Consequently, his satisfactory performance with the Bank made the Management to assign him a higher responsibility to manage its subsidiary. He rose to the position of Ag. Managing Director in Mainstreet Bank Registrars Limited, a subsidiary of Mainstreet Bank Limited later acquired by Skye Bank Plc in September 2014. He is very analytical and skillful in the financial industry. Oluwadare Akingbola ia  registered Capital Market Operator with the Securities and Exchange Commission, he is also an Associate of Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR)

Isah Abdulkadir Usman is a Chartered Stockbroker, A registrar and an Authorised Dealing Clerk of the nigerian Exchange Limited. He is a registered capital market operator and also a sponsored individual of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has over 15 years experience in the capital market and has attended various courses in share registration and central depository, coporate governance, compliance, audit, operations and administration in Nigeria and overseas. He is very analytical and skilful. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and also a member of committee of compliance officers of the capital market in Nigeria. He is an associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). He is a graduate of Bayero University, Kano. holds a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from the University of Abuja and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is currently on the board of Carnation Registrars as Executive Director Operation and Administration after having served in various capacities in the organization over the years.

Abdulrashid Amao is a Non-Executive Director with Carnation Registrars Limited. His diverse banking career saw him through ICON Limited (Merchant Bankers), Intercity Commercial Bank and finally as General Manager Broad Bank of Nigeria Limited. He later joined PINL Marine and Oil Services Limited as the Chief Operating Officer before resigning to be the pioneer Managing Director of Crown Wealth Asset Management Limited now Crown Capital Limited. He is a graduate of Accountancy from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and master’s degree holder in marketing from Enugu State University of Technology. He is also an associate member of Chartered Institutes of Taxation of Nigeria. He is a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a fellow of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria by profession and a banker of over 21 years’ experience.

Oluwaseun Adesoye is currently one of the Non-Executive Directors on the Board of Carnation Registrars Limited. She is the MD/CEO of TrustBanc Capital Management Limited. Before joining the Board of Carnation Registrars Limited, she had worked in different capacity within the sector. Her experience of close to 20 years in Nigerian Financial Market spans across different function including Financial Control, Treasury and Fund Management, Equities Trading as well as Strategic Leadership. Her career began at Magnum Trust Bank Plc (Now Sterling Bank Plc) from where she moved to Great African Securities Limited (Now Meristem Securities Limited). She later worked as Head of Operations at Ecobank Securities Limited. She joined Associated Assets Managers Limited (A subsidiary of Associated Discount House Limited) as Head of Trading Unit, before she proceeded to Apel Assets and Trust Limited as Head of Capital Market Operations.   She was later appointed as the Managing Director/CEO of Associated Assets Managers Limited. Oluwaseun is a graduate of Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology, an  Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria. She is an Authourized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Moshood Shehu is an Independent Director of Carnation Registrars Limited. He is the Pincipal Counsel of Moshood Shehu & Associates, a firm he founded in 1998. Moshood Shehu is also a publisher at Gravitas Review of Business and Property Law. He has vast wealth of experience having worked as a Counsel in the firm of Popoola & Olajumoke & Co. Moshood graduated with LLB from Ahamdu Bello University and also bagged his LLM in Corporate Law from the prestigeous University of Lagos. He also obtained a certificate  in International Commercial Transactions from the University of California, United States of America. He is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrator and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, International Bar Association and Nigerian Society of International Law.
